Materials & Product Care

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray or cosmetics. To clean, mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water. One piece at a time, soak your jewelry. Use a very soft brush (avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the gold) to lightly clean each piece. Rinse with care. Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

Our jewelry is made locally in South Florida.

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.

Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. 

Angelica Joy Jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. 

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. 

Shipping

We ship domestically within the USA. 

We ship via USPS and all rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping costs.

All orders ship from Boca Raton, FL.

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of production excluding weekends and the below listed holidays. Keep in mind that all pieces are hand made to order and may have a 2-3 week lead time. 

Angelicajoyjewelry.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:
